- For a woman whose work has shaped her field over many years, and whose influence is still carried by the people and institutions she built.
- Rising Star
- For a woman early in her path whose trajectory is already visible — the one whose name keeps coming up.
- Institutional Impact
- For a woman changing a company, a government body or an institution from the inside, where change is slowest and hardest to win.
- Cultural Impact
- For a woman shaping the culture — through art, media, storytelling or public conversation — and changing what a society sees as possible.
